TUNE YOUR TEAM is a team building event with “music as a recipe” by making an electronic piece of music – a so called track – together. At the end of the day, each participant receives the piece of music in a digital format.

TUNE YOUR TEAM is an initiative of Jurgen Winkel who, as a musician (SONICrider) and as a consultant/trainer (DELPHIconcept), links these two worlds together.

TUNE YOUR TEAM takes place in the new SONICriderSTUDIO in the center of Eindhoven.

TUNE YOUR TEAM is a day event that starts at 9:30 AM and ends around 5:00 PM. A vegetarian lunch, coffee/tea and soda included.

The day consists of:
– Introduction
– Tour studio (interactive)
– The process from arranging to publishing
– Brainstorming/role distribution (interactive)
– Making arrangement (interactive)
– Record (interactive)
– Mixing (interactive)
– Mastering (interactive)
– Digitize end product
– Completion of the day (interactive)
